Each softgel contains:

Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha X piperita, herb flowering) 270 mg

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla, flower) 250 mg

Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia, whole plant) 20 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, rice bran oil, glycerin, enteric coating (ethyl cellulose, sodium alginate, ammonium hydroxide, medium-chain triglycerides, oleic acid, and stearic acid [veg.]), purified water, silicon dioxide, and chlorophyllin copper complex sodium.

Adults take 1 softgel 2 times a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/ Daisy family. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have anaemia, gallstones, or if you have hiatus hernia or gastroesophageal reflux. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience gastroesophageal reflux. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours after consumption. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
