Vitamin Tree offers Free Standard (Expedited) Shipping on all Canadian orders.
What delivery services do you offer?
All Vitamin Tree orders are shipped through Canada Post. We are currently offering FREE Standard shipping which is equivalent to Expedited shipping.
My tracking shows ‘Delivered’, but I haven’t received my order...
If the courier’s tracking shows that the order has been ‘Delivered’, but you have not received the package, there could be several reasons why.
There may be a delay with Canada Post’s delivery, and tracking statuses are occasionally updated preemptively. We ask that you continue to watch for and track the order, as the package may arrive in the coming business days.
If you still haven’t received your order a week after the tracking shows “Delivered”, the package may have been delivered incorrectly or lost. In this case, please reach out to the Vitamin Tree team for further assistance.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order at any time on www.canadapost.ca with the tracking number provided in your shipping details from Vitamin Tree.
Do you ship worldwide?
Vitamin Tree is not offering international shipping at this time, and currently only serves Canadian addresses.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to any valid Canadian PO Box address.
Do you offer in-store pick-up?
We do not offer in-store pick-up at this time. All orders placed on VitaminTree.ca will be shipped via Canada Post.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping speed varies by destination and shipping type (Expedited, XpressPost, or Priority Shipping). You can use the Canada Post shipping delivery standards for an estimate of delivery time once we provide you with the tracking. Please keep in mind the estimate is an approximation, and we recommend checking your tracking number for the latest updates.
I received my order but an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect!
All of our orders are taken care of by humans, so it’s possible an item can be missed or incorrectly placed. Sometimes, items are damaged in shipping. In the case of missing items, your order also may have been processed in multiple shipments. Whatever concern you have about the items in your order, please contact our team and we will gladly assist you. If necessary, we will provide return instructions by email. No credits or refunds can be issued until we have received the product into our facilities and examined them. It may be helpful to provide photos of the box and items inside it, particularly in the case of damaged or incorrect items. We are dedicated to finding a solution for you.

What is your return policy?
VitaminTree.ca accepts returns on unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date on a case-bycase basis. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Due to the highly personal and sensitive nature of our products, we don’t accept returns on any item that has been opened or removed from its original packaging. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our team for further assistance. We are dedicated to finding a solution for you.
How do I cancel my order?
Should you wish to cancel your order with us, please contact us by phone at 1-877-378-0718 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Our team will work hard to assist you with canceling the order in a timely manner.
My refund amount is incorrect, what do I do?
Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable and this may affect the total amount refunded. If you feel there is a mistake with your refund, please reach out to us and we will help you sort it out!
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once an order is returned, our team will need 5 to 7 business days to process any refunds applicable.
There is something wrong with the product I ordered, who do I contact?

Can I receive my refund on another method of payment?
