No, VitaminTree does not offer any prescription drugs. Should you require a prescription drug, please inquire with your local pharmacist.

Shopping for healthcare products online not only provides convenience but also allows you to show through our large collection of products in one place. VitaminTree offers a wide selection of products and we are able to provide timely delivery all across Canada! 


Ordering is simple! Add the items to your cart, go to checkout, login (you'll be asked to create an account if you don't have one), and follow the instructions!

Orders can only be placed online. However, if you wish to order over the phone, our representatives can create a draft order and email you the payment details for your reference.

All orders placed on will be shipped out to you directly to the shipping address provided. Unfortunately, we are not offering any pick-up options at this time.

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email from us to confirm that we’ve received the order. Be sure to check your junk / spam folder if you don’t see this in your inbox. You can also reach out to us to confirm with our team! 

You will be charged once the order has successfully been placed. However, should you need to adjust your order in any way, our team will be sure to process any necessary form of refund for you!

VitaminTree offers multiple forms of payment options. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and AliPay. 

You can view the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking “My Order”. You can also chat with one of our representatives on our LiveChat for your order status.

Should you change your mind about your order, you can reach out to us by phone or email to speak with a representative to cancel your order. 

Should you need to adjust your order for any reason, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Our team will try their best to help you adjust your order before it gets processed.

You can access your order history by logging into your account and selecting My Profile. From there, you can select My Orders where you’ll see a list of your orders you’ve placed through your account with us. 

To keep item(s) in your cart, be sure to log in to your account before adding item(s) to cart. Any item(s) added to cart will remain in your cart on the browser and device you used. Should you clear your browser history and cookies, the item(s) may be removed from your cart despite saving it in your cart on your account.  

We are constantly updating our inventory to ensure we have the best selection of products for our customers. Should you not be able to locate a previously purchased product, it may be discontinued or replaced by another product. Please feel free to reach out to us and we can assist you with locating the right product for you! We also welcome any suggestions of products and brands that you would like to see us carry on the site. 

If for any reason we’ve run out of stock of the item(s) you are interested in, be sure to register to be notified of the restock.

All orders shipped within Canada are shipped using Canada Post. We offer Expedited, XpressPost and Priority shipping.  At this time, we do not offer any international shipping options to destinations outside of Canada. 

Shipping costs will vary depending on the order and the destination it will be shipped to. Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the order. Should you wish to find out the shipping cost of your order, please add the item(s) you wish to purchase to cart and proceed to checkout for more details.

At, we try our best to process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Should we require longer time to process the order, one of our representatives will reach out to notify you.  

Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details for your reference. We encourage our customers to use the tracking details provided to track their package for the latest updates. The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping destination. VitaminTree can ship to any valid Canadian address including PO Boxes. 

Once your order is processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification from us with the tracking details. You can then use the provided tracking details to track your package on the courier’s website for latest updates.

Returns will accept returns on un-opened products within 30 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. Returns will also be accepted for products that have a manufacturing defect. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the item. For more information, please visit our Returns Policy page.

The initial shipping cost will not be reimbursed should the order be shipped out. However, there are exceptions to this depending on the situation. Please reach out to us and we’ll be able to provide further assistance.

VitaminTree only stores the first and last four digits of the credit card for payment reference. We will never make any charges to your credit card unless you are placing an order on
