para-Aminobenzoic Acid (PABA) 15 mg

Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 400 mcg

Biotin 250 mcg

Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 250 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (veg), and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Take 1 tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications or sulfonamides. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
