I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this to help other people find this product. It has reduced my menstrual cramps by about 70%. I previously started with the canprev magnesium electrolyte packets which are yummy and convenient, but since upgrading to taking one scoop of this each night I can feel a noticeable difference in my sleep, ability to feel calm, my restless leg ADD symptoms and muscle tension. Canprev is awesome! I previously bought from Amazon but given the ongoing boycotts against Amazon I will be buying from this site in the future to support Canadian.
