Each tablet contains:
Valerian (valeriana officinalis, root) 75 mg
Passion flower (10:1 extract) (passiflora incarnata, aerial parts) 50 mg (QCE 500 mg)
Cramp bark (viburnum opulus, whole plant) 5 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Silica (plant), stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose.
(Adults)Take 1-2 tablets, 1-5 times per day as needed. To a maximum of 10 tablets per day.
For nerve relaxation: for best results take 1-2 tablets every 3 hours until bedtime or as directed by a health care practitioner. To a maximum of 10 tablets per day.
For insomnia: For best results, take 1-2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime. May take additional tablets as needed to promote sleep to a maximum of 5 tablets per day.
