Lymphatic Cleanse: Adults: Take 5 mL (1 tsp) once each morning in a little water on an empty stomach.

Kidney Cleanse: Adults: Take 5 mL (1 tsp) once before bedtime in a little water on an empty stomach. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication.

Liver Tonic Tea: Adults: Consume once each morning or divide throughout the day. Pour 250-500 mL of boiling water over 1 tbsp (15 mL) of herb and infuse for 20 minutes, strain, and consume as a tea each morning. Alternatively, three times per day, pour 250-500 mL of boiling water over 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of herb and infuse for 20 minutes, strain, and consume as a tea.

Bowel Cleanse: Adults: Mix 2 teaspoons daily with 150 mL liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or similar beverage) and take on an empty stomach. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose and may take 2-3 days. In addition, maintain adequate fluid intake.

Contraindications: Do not exceed recommended dosages for the Kit. Do not use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have difficulty swallowing, have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of the hands, face or feet) or are taking other diuretic products, corticosteroids, or licorice; if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, diarrhea, undiagnosed rectal bleeding or severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes; if you have a history of kidney stones or gallstones; if you have experienced a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product.

Known Adverse Reactions: Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner immediately: if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking the powdered product; if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing. Discontinue use if you experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain/cramps or persistent gas and bloating, headache, inflammation of the eyes and throat. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks. Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you have any health condition or are taking prescription medication; if you have abdominal pain accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and/or fever; if you are using tobacco products; if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days or if symptoms worsen or persist.
