Adults and adolescence (12 years and older) take 10 to 30 drops once to three times a day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Children (6 to 11 years) take 5-15 drops once to three times a day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Children (1 to 5 years) take 5 to 10 drops once to three times a day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
