Each tablet contains:

Zinc (TRAACS™ zinc bis-glycinate chelate) 12mg

Vitamin C (ascorbic Acid) 100mg

Xylitol, natural orange flavour, silica, citric acid, glycine, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, hypromellose, dextrates, maltodextrin, monk fruit extract.

Ages 4 to 13 - take 1 tablet per day with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Ages 14 to 18 - take 1 tablet per day with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. If you can’t resist and want to try yourself, adults and parents can take it too! Adults - take 1 tablet, 1 - 2 times per day with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
