Each vegetable capsule contains:
Black cohosh (Actaea racemosa) rhizome extract, 2.5% triterpene glycosides 20 mg
Organic Maca (Lepidium meyenii) powder, providing 0.4% macamides and macaenes 130 mg
St John’s wort herb top extract (Hypericum perforatum) (8:1) 140 mg
Rhapontic rhubarb (Rheum rhaponticum) root extract, 0.77% rhaponticin 150 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Consult a healthcare practitioner if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble; if you are taking antianxiety medications, seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants, and/or opiates. Do not use if you are pregnant or if you are taking anticancer medications, blood thinners, antidepressants (e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors [SSRI]), anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular medications, immunosuppressants, and/or contraceptive medications. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV), or UV therapy. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness and/or headaches.
