Adults blend, shake, or briskly stir 2 level scoops (44 grams) of UltraClear™ with 237 mL (8 fl. oz.) of water or juice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Do not use during /following prolonged (>1 hour) exercise/intermittent high intensity exercise/exercise in hot conditions resulting in heavy sweating or following acute dehydration. Do not use with other potassiumcontaining supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes. May cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and/or abdominal cramps.
