Medicinal Ingredients: Each softgel contains:

Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) 4:1 aerial parts extract  equivalent to 400 mg of motherwort 100 mg

Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) root & rhizome extract 80 mg

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 4:1 leaf extract  equivalent to 200 mg of lemon balm 50 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Adults take 1 tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not use if pregnant. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are breastfeeding, have a liver disorder, develop symptoms of liver trouble, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
