Black Cohosh is used in herbal medicine to help ease nervous tension and to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause. Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve muscle and joint pain associated with rheumatic conditions (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and/or fibrositis), and pain associated with neuralgia (such as sciatica).
Medicinal Ingredients: Each softgel contains:
Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) 4:1 aerial parts extract  equivalent to 400 mg of motherwort 100 mg
Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) root & rhizome extract 80 mg
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 4:1 leaf extract  equivalent to 200 mg of lemon balm 50 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
Adults take 1 tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Do not use if pregnant. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are breastfeeding, have a liver disorder, develop symptoms of liver trouble, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness.
