Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.

If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extractcontaining products have been reported (in Canada and Internationally). Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
