Genestra Ichol Plus is a digestive formula that combines choline, inositol, L-methionine, botanicals and ox bile. It is formulated with Beet, dandelion, green tea and celandine.

Take 2 capsules 2 times daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications, supplements and food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Use for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
