Genestra Ichol is a digestive formula that combines choline, inositol, L-methionine and herbs. It is formulated with beet, dandelion, green tea and celandine.
EACH TABLET CONTAINS:
Choline (choline bitartrate) 275 mg
Inositol 150 mg
L-Methionine 100 mg
Beet (Beta vulgaris) Root 50 mg
Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) Seed Extract (25:1) 50 mg 1250 mg Dried Equivalent
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) Root 25 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, hyprolose, croscarmellose sodium, carnauba wax, silica, hypromellose, glycerin, ascorbyl palmitate
Recommended Adult Dose: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Use for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
