Each 5mL teaspoon contains:
ElderCraftĀ® European black elderberry extract (Sambucus nigra subsp. nigra) fruit, 64:1, DHE 3520mg, 14% anthocyanins* 55mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50mg
Purified water, natural blueberry flavour, citric acid, glycerin, disodium EDTA, potassium sorbate, stevia, xylitol.
Children (5-9 years): Take one (1) teaspoon per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents (10-13 years): Take one (1) teaspoon, two (2) times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents and adults (14 years and over): Take one (1) teaspoon, two (2) to four (4) times per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
