Each vegetarian capsule contains: • Magnesium hydroxide 450 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methycellulose (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable), microcrystalline cellulose.

Take 8 capsules once per day. Take with a full glass (250 ml) of water or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Oral dosage produces bowel movement in ½ to 6 hours.

Cautions and Warnings: Do not take this product simultaneously with other medications. Do not use in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting (this refers to sign of appendicitis or inflamed bowel). Overuse or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function. Do not take any type of laxative for more than one (1) week unless your physician has ordered a special schedule for you. Should not be taken within two (2) hours of another medicine because the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced. Contra-Indications: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
