(flower) 120 mg, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) (root) 30 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Spearmint, lemongrass leaf dry, sweet orange flower extract.

Suggested Use: Adults: Drink 1 cup of tea, three times daily. Use 1 tea bag per cup (250ml). Pour boiling water over the tea bag and steep for 3-5 minutes. Duration of Use: For use beyond 3 months.
