Not seeing a difference

I started taking Adapt Pro on the recommendation of my naturopath, who suggested it for perimenopause. After using it for 2 months, I haven't noticed any significant differences in my energy levels, stress management, or overall well-being. I was hopeful that it would make a noticeable impact, but so far, I haven't experienced the benefits that were promised. I'll continue to use it for a bit longer to see if anything changes, but at this point, I can't say that I've seen a difference.
