Serving Size One Capsule Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)1000 mg Non-medicinal Ingredients*: Sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: Hypromellose.
Adults (18 years and over) – Take one capsule three times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Avoid taking at bedtime. Use for a minimum of four weeks to see beneficial effects. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
