MEDICINAL INGREDIENT PER 1 TEASPOON (5 mL) :
Inonotus obliquus (Chaga, Fruiting body) ……………………………………………….2000 mg

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Purified water, Citric acid, Potassium sorbate.

Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL), once per day. May be taken with or without food.For palatability, required dosage may be taken with a small quantity of honey. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.

CAUTIONS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if security seal is broken.

STORAGE: Refrigerate after opening. Store away from children. Consume within three (3) months after opening.
