Each tablet contains:

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed extract standardized to 150 mg saponin glycosides 300 mg

Betaine HCl 100 mg

Magnesium (magnesium citrate) 50 mg

Zinc (zinc citrate) 2.5 mg

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 500 mcg

Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate†) 200 mcg

Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, maltodextrin, and polyethylene glycol).

Adult females take 1 tablet twice daily with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or you have diabetes or cardiovascular disease; if you have been diagnosed with hypoactive sexual disorder or sexual dysfunction; if you suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression.
