Conjugated linoleic acid, or CLA, is a polyunsaturated fat that can be extracted from a variety of sources, like meat and dairy. Our CLA is sustainably sourced from safflower, Tonalin® safflower oil extract, which is naturally rich in CLA and plant-based.

Individuals taking our CLA may notice decreases in abdominal size, body fat, and body inches, and an increase of lean muscle mass. They may also notice an improvement in body composition when used with a program that has a reduced calorie diet and increased physical activity.
