Vitamin K is an essential vitamin needed for cardiovascular bone and liver health. Vitamin K2 breaks down into two forms namely MK-4 and MK-7. While MK-4 is the active form of vitamin K2 used by the body MK-7 has recently been shown to provide good results at low doses. AOR’s Vitamin K2 offers both forms of vitamin K2 in equal amounts while most formulas on the market only focus on one or the other.

Unique to many other supplements AOR’s Vitamin K2 is derived from soy-free sources for potential dietary concerns. As part of the Eco Series Vitamin K2 is also formulated in a carrageenan-free Vegan Softgel offering optimal absorption and suitability for various dietary preferences or restrictions while promoting environmental sustainability.

Keeping with our commitment to sustainability all of AOR’s Eco Series product labels and printed materials have been printed on stone paper. Stone Paper is made from reclaimed limestone (calcium carbonate) recycled concrete and a small amount of HDPE (high density polyethylene). These components are combined in an environmentally friendly manufacturing process under pressure and heat using no water dyes or bleaches. One tonne of stone paper saves 20 trees and 16000 gallons of water resulting in a carbon footprint reduction of 67% when compared to pulp paper.
